Woohoo passed!

It has been a while since I have posted an entry. The last time I posted was about a week or so ago. I should try writing an entry more frequently, as opposed to one entry per two weeks. Writing an entry would be better than a shotgun type of entry, where I squish millions of updates within an entry.

Anyhow, lots of happening occurred this past week (than usual). I finished my exams last week and am quite happy with that; no more cramming the night before an exam hehe. Also, my friend from Waterloo came back for a short vacation, so me and my highschool buddies got the chance hung out and got some reunion happening. I was quite disappointed though, the fact that we did not get the chance to play some competetive ball, but at least had some dinner and conversation happening.

I went to Kwantlen’s Surrey Campus with a friend the past week. My friend had asked me to go with him so he could buy his summer school textbooks. So we bussed there and took about 35 minutes; much faster than a trip to UBC! Afterwards, we decided to go to the mall and walk around for abit.

Steveston had their 50th Anniversary Carnival Fair this past weekend as well. I went with a bunch of friends, but I did not enjoy it as much as I would.  However, I got the chance to talk with Mr. Yu (who, pretty much, sucked me in to liking geography) and it was pretty good. I did not, however, see Mr. Apperley (my  awesome high school biology teacher). I stayed at the Carnival for about 2 hours (time sure does fly by pretty fast) doing absolutely nothing. After that, we decided to shoot some hoops at Jessie Wowk then headed out to Matsuyama for dinner.

My marks came out today (but not finalized until my transcript comes out) and I am quite satisfied with my grades, well for the most of it. I am happy for the fact that I passed and did not get any marks within the 50s range. So heres as it follows:
- Geo 103: Physical geo             - 74%
- Psyc 218: Stats                       – 76%
- Psyc 308a: Social Psyc            – 71%
- Psyc 305: Personality             – 64%
- Eng 112 – writing strategies   – 65%

My summer school starts next week and I am not looking forward to it. I decided to take Mandarin and it was quite intense. 4 Hours a day ad 4 times a week for 6 weeks. But since I am taking the second level after the beginner’s level, I have summer school for 3 months. Pretty intense! It should not be that bad though as I know two people that are taking the same class. I hope I could keep my average up!

Anyhow, I am going to end my post here as there is no others things worth mentioning anymore. Back to living my dull life of eating, sleeping and getting fat. Later days!

100 Cranes!

I should be studying for my psych personality final exam but got tempted to fold the last few cranes to reach my goal of 100 Cranes. Actually I was planning on folding 1000 but realized how onus of a task it is. So I decided 100 Cranes is enough. haha. 10% of 1000 is not that bad. hehehe… so today (actually tonight) I reached the 100 mark milestone, and I am quite happy =) yay! I don’t know if I should continue and fold to 1000 though. haha dilemma. *sigh*

Here lies the 100 cranes I’ve folded. It does not look like a hundred, but I assure you there is a hundred there. They live inside my Chucks shoebox. They are all white because I am too welfare to buy those special origami colored paper. haha

Time – 2:42 PM … take 15, need a little breather.

Another long weekend goes down the drain. I completely wasted my easter long weekend and did not do jack. Sleep eat and watch 2 deathnote movies and “The Classic”. oooOOOoooh, the classic is so awesome. It took me two times to understand the movie. The first time I saw it was in grade 10 where I didnt get why the movie is suppose to be really good. Now that I have aged, wisdom came upon me and I finally understand it HAHa jk. But seriously, the movie is awesome, it has everything: comedy, romance, war, action, tragedy, suspense & “horror”. Highly recommended.

Anywhoo, I finished my fasting and I can go on Facebook now =). Wrong timing though, right when the final exams are around the corner. haha.

I am regretting for wasting my weekend and not doing any final exam preparations or review (other than a chapter of psych stats which i still dont understand HAHA). Wow, i need to get my acts straighthen up before its too late. I have my geo final this coming monday but I am not too worried for it, because it is probably going to be pure memorization. However, pysc stats, personality psych and social psych will be the death of me. Why are my psychology courses being so gay to me. ><”

So right now, I am in the library skipping psyc stats. There is no point for me to be in that class because I do not get what the prof is teaching, so I might as well skip it. I am trying to “study” stats for next week’s final exam but it is really ticking me off. I feel so retarded, stupid, and inferior whenever I try to solve a practice question. *argh*. I need to study harder haha. I hate you stupid number-related questions for making me feel dumb. haha (NOTE: Jath’s weakness = math)

anyways, 15 minutes of break is up. Must study or else Jath will turn stupider. later days.

PS. I noticed how my posts are usually school-oriented. Wow I have no life other than school and yet I do bad in it. GG HAHA. I seriously feel like an idiot now. haha.
