Today, I set myself a new record with the least amount of time I’ve stayed in class: literally 2 minutes. Am I proud of it? No! It’s really embarassing. I wasn’t even planning on going to school today but I felt kinda guilty.
So what made me skip my class today? I went to class and the professor said that we were going to break into smaller groups (about 3 or 4 students) to discuss about the novel we are reading (The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath). But guess what?! I havent even started reading the novel so I decided to leave. Of course I’ll look really retarded if I just stood up and leave, so I decided to act like someone just phoned me, making me look less retarded. *sigh*
My old record was about 10, 15 minutes when I was taking Philosophy 220 during the summer of 2006. I bussed to school, went to school then headed home 20 minutes later. It was really funny how everybody in the class was staring at me.
I should really stop skipping my classes. I’m slowly developing my old habbit of skipping. *sigh*
