This is a late post, but better late than never. I finally finished all my exams. I mightve failed my english exam as I pretty much BS’ed the whole thing. I wouldnt be surprised if i fail it. Summer school starts next week, no summer break for me =(
I had a knee operation two days ago to fixed my gimped knee. It was a pretty cool experience, but i am hating the results. The operation was a success (i think) but I hate the fact im gimped right now. I cant walk properly, and i barely lift my left leg off the ground. I probably can lift it, but im scared i might do something to it. It feels stiff and hard, so it doesnt feel normal to bend my knee right now. Doing the exercises/rehab stuff is a pain!
My short stay in the hospital was real something. I went 2 hours early to do all the paperwork and to get informed on the procedure for my surgery. My operation was scheduled at 1:30 PM but i think it started earlier. I went in the operating room around 12:45. And I was out of the hospital around 2:30.
I dont remember getting operated becaused i was knocked out during the whole procedure. What’s sad is that I never saw my doctor/surgeon who did the surgery. >_<” I went to the operating room and got injected with the sedatives and i fell asleep in 10 seconds. I woke 45-minutes-or-so later in a different room, not recalling anything. I felt pretty drowsy and wanted to throw up, but i guess thats normal with the medications and stuff.
So for the past 2 days, Ive been stuck at home. I am pretty bummed out. Ive been on my bed for most of the time. Ive been reading, watching tv shows, watching movies and sleeping/napping. I feel like a complete big fat slob.
Anyway, I will end my post here with some pictures. Later days.

Before and After the surgery pics.

Knee without the wrapping. 3 Holes, all sewn up with black plastic thread. Ewwww… this gives me goosebumps. I cant stand to look at it. *shivers*
I regret not asking one of the nurses to take a picture of me wearing the hospital patient clothing, as i looked pretty funny in those =P
My wristbands during my brief stay in the hospital. Im allergic to Penicillin =(
they struck a needle on my left hand for the intravenous and anesthetic fluids/medications. I dont have a picture of my hand with the IV stuff. darn. it looked pretty cool too!
